We are so pleased we decided to go with Cemetery Memorials in Motts Lane, Dagenham. We were treated in such a kind and caring way at such a painful time. They have done a brilliant job on my parents headstone. They re-gilded my dads side, he passed away 20 years ago, and they added my mum's inscription. She passed away in July. So dad's side is as shiny and new looking as mum's side. They have done a wonderful job and our family are extremely pleased with the result. Catherine Osborn and family

I would like to thank Stephen and his team for creating a wonderful Memorial for my dad. The family went to see it on Saturday and were all absolutely delighted with the results. We are so pleased we took Stephen's advice on a couple of points as they made the Memorial much more special. The whole process was dealt with in a professional and caring manner and I was kept informed every step of the way. The Memorial Stone was much cheaper than we had seen elsewhere but the quality and service were of an exceptional standard. I would not hesitate in recommending Cemetery Memorials to anyone. I'm told by the cemetary superintendant that our family memorial is the best in the cemetery. The fitters worked diligently and respectfully and it looks better than I imagined, especially the photos that were inlaid into it. The memorial is fitted very solidly. Steve was sensitive and very helpful when I asked him for suggestions on wording/colour of the memorial etc. Importantly, he did not try to take over; he just guided. I recieved friendly and efficient service to produce exactly what our family wanted. Steve was also very patient about my constant changes of mind. I would highly recommend this firm. I went to quite a few others prior to choosing them.
